Vintage Decorative Tassel Fringe Trim. Beautiful vintage passementerie tassel fringe featuring rich burgundy, gold, olive and cream tones. This trim has a woven header with looped gimp detail and evenly spaced decorative tassels, making it ideal for draper, valances, pillows, upholstery accents, lampshades, and sewing or craft projects.
