This beauty is new with its retail tag (MSRP $89.00). If you see any white specks on the inside, that is just loose glitter from the manufacturer's paper used to stuff the purse. There is a slight scratch on the buckle bottom left which isn't noticeable unless you are "looking" for it and it's positioned at an angle. I've covered the buckle with plastic to protect it.
